Elizabeth Jenkins was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science and minors in English and Communication from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994, and her law degree from Duquesne University in 2000. Ms. Jenkins began her career in medical malpractice and insurance defense work. In 2005 Ms. Jenkins began representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases. Since that time she has represented many plaintiffs with serious injuries resulting from medical negligence. Ms. Jenkins is an experienced litigator and has negotiated many settlements for her clients and has obtained settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00. She joined the firm in 2014 where she has devoted her practice medical negligence, catastrophic injury, intentional torts actions and contract actions.
